ESSENTIALLY MALAGA: Vincci Selection Posada del Patio 5* is a newly-built hotel with the quality and avant-garde style characteristic of Vincci Hotels. Located in the historical centre, it offers easy and fast access to all the points of interest in the capital of Malaga. HOTEL & MUSEUM: Remains of the old Arab wall of Malaga have been found under both buildings, along with remains of the old river gate. This is the best-preserved stretch of the Arab wall, the only one that can be viewed from both sides, along which it is possible to stroll using the old circumference road of the city. Along with the wall ruins, remains of an old tannery with several utensils have also been found, which are on exhibit in the hotel. The old Roman wall of the city has also been found crossing the Arab wall, and beside it the old breakwater of the Roman port, giving an idea of the location of the coast during that time. This stretch of wall may be visited from the hotel.
