Therefore great business would be residential conference, with Golf and catering between Sunday and Thursday. During the summer season (June-August) weekends are strong with leisure guests, golf and weddings- the focus during this time is to balance this with midweek conferences. The ideal meeting would therefore include accommodation for around 70 people (Sunday-Thursday), conference space and group dining. Golf breaks on typical Shoulder nights (Sunday and Thursday).
