After a full day of trekking through sand dunes atop Bactrian camels or hiking the foothills of the Gobi-Altai Mountains, indulge yourself with a soothing massage performed by a local therapist. Massage is a centuries-old traditional healing art practiced in Mongolia.
Until the 20th century, surgery was rare and not a preferred method of treating illness. Instead, specialized massage—mastered by a highly respected practitioners known as bariach—was used to treat most ailments. The tranquil setting of our Spa Ger complements the blissful becalming treatment.
