About
A Coaching Inn built in 1594, The Falcon has been thoughtfully restored and reintroduced into the rural Northamptonshire countryside as a hotel, restaurant and retreat.
Each bedroom embodies and connects you to the restorative elements of the surrounding countryside. An abundance of natural materials – stone, wood, leather, wool – are found in an array of fabrics and textures that cocoon and comfort.
Working hand-in-hand with local farmers, estate gamekeepers and nurseries to supply our kitchen with produce wherever possible that is grown, harvested and
reared from within the 11,000 acre Castle Ashby Estate.
The surrounding landscape shapes our menus. Reintroducing seasonal, organic produce with pickling and fermentation, to create menus that comfort, nourish
and redefine ‘feel good food’.
