Sir Adam With its bold presence in Amsterdam’s A’DAM Toren, Sir Adam resonates with the vibrant energy of the building’s present occupants, including ID&T and Gibson. It’s just behind the city’s Central Station and overlooking the IJ-river. Make sure to check out the rooftop, called the Lookout, for 360 views of the city as well as our two-delicious culinary neighbours, Moon and Ma’dam. Dam Square and the famous UNESCO world heritage canal district are a 10-minute walk. The hotel offers a complete experience with a state of the art gym, a store with a specially curated assortment of local products and must-haves. On the roof terrace are The Studios, which can be combined with The Forbidden Garden into one large deck for events. Guests can visit our in-house burger bistro, THE BUTCHER Social Club 24/7. Rooms at Sir Adam are designed and furnished with more than sleep in mind. Though, when it’s time to place head to pillow—whether just after dusk or well after dawn—you’ll be doing so on crispy 300-thread count linens on a pillow from our Sir pillow menu. When it’s time to face the day (or night), an Illy espresso maker at a palatable distance from your very comfortable bed will have you up and at ’em. From there, perhaps a quick refresh in your oversized rain shower with Dead Clean toiletries. And, when it’s time to kick back (and even entertain friends new and old) a designed minibar full of greatest hits, a turntable with an eclectic selection of vinyl records, and even a Gibson guitar are all at your fingertips. Renowned New York-based interior design studio ICRAVE embraced the original shell of the building and left the raw concrete columns and ceiling exposed. The design throughout Sir Adam is created with an eye towards crafting a creative environment that reflects the raw power and musicality of the space
