Completed in 1906, the Old War Office is one of the great buildings of the Edwardian Age.

Within these storied walls where legendary statemen once shaped the modern world, guests are invited to discover fine dining, lively bars, the latest in wellness and beauty therapies, luxurious suites and rooms, a magnificent ballroom and event spaces. With 81 unique rooms and 39 suites sensitively designed by celebrated designer, Thierry Despont are set over five expansive floors.

Raffles London at The OWO offers an epic stage for special occasions, weddings and events including the Whitehall Ballroom, The Lawrence, Morse & Code Rooms and Poppy Suite.

From seat of power to London’s most thrilling new destination, The OWO’s distinctive heritage has been preserved. Hundreds of craftspeople restored period features, including hand-laid mosaic floors, rich oak panelling, magnificent chandeliers and the dramatic marble staircase.
