Everything was great so thanks to you and your team for your help, it was much appreciated. I have to say the staff were outstanding & we hold a lot of these events but the staff at the Radisson Blu were by far the best. I would like to thank all the staff at the Radisson for making our 1st BBQ at Dublin Airport so sensational! The comments I have been receiving all day from both staff and Senior Managers is phenomenal. The Radisson looked after ever request we had with such professionalism. The staff were proactive all night long and when they noticed people were standing more chairs and tables were brought in. The way the food was set up and the quality of the food was exceptional. You personally deserve a huge thank you from all of ESB International for giving us so much of your time and attention. Your attention to detail was second to none. It is a BBQ they will all remember so please express my appreciation to all the staff there on the night.

''The hotel’s facilities are excellent ''

We held a two-day management conference at the Radisson Blu Hotel at Dublin Airport for our top 110 leaders all based in the UK. I was completely at ease that the team would deliver a thoroughly professional, gold standard, logistically smooth and fun experience for our delegates. The hotel’s facilities are excellent from both a guest and event management perspective. The conference centre is purpose built with rooms spacious and located close to each other for breakout sessions and the outdoor space leading from the main suite was perfect for our games afternoon. The food (and drink) was fresh, good quality, varied and plentiful. The recommendations made by the events team for our evening entertainment and team games were spot on. The guest rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and great showers! And the location is extremely convenient. That all being said – the success of events like this relies on the team behind the scenes. From start to finish the Radisson Blu motto of ‘Yes I Can’ was on display in every interaction – nothing was too much trouble and everything ran like clockwork. I was delighted to have the opportunity to spend time with a team that clearly enjoy their work, their colleagues and their customers. It makes ALL the difference. 5 out of 5 stars!
