It is comprised of six vast event spaces, all arranged over multiple levels with a maze of corridors and rooms. Original machinery and industrial features are retained throughout from its time as a fully operational printing press. Housing the giant printing presses that once delivered the Metro and Evening Standard newspapers to London.
The Press Halls are fully soundproofed and were once western Europe’s largest print facility.
Now, Printworks is renowned for its live and electronic music seasons which take place across three truly unique rooms, with staggering lighting and sound production. Our Autumn/Winter Season 2018 is featuring by 125 artists, with 25 shows taking place between September and January.
Printworks is a versatile 119,200 sq ft event space with a capacity of up to 6,000 and a 2am licence at weekends. The venue consists of 6 acres of private gated land, made up of 6 events spaces spread over 119,200 sq ft with over 40,000 sq ft of outside space. Parking is also available.
It offers an array of creative, flexible and inspiring infastructure to producers, agencies and brands. Printworks is the ultimate blank canvas for conferences, exhibitions, experiential events, product launches and filming.
Printworks is located in Canada Water with excellent transport links from the City, central London and Canada Wharf.
