About

With 10 local offices maximice events group is the largest owner-managed DMC in Spain. Founded in 2008 and led since then by Markus Müller and Juan Miguel Caldentey the company reflects the perfect combination of German engineering and Spanish passion. From the beginning we have been growing sustainably in terms of human resources, local branch offices, financial security for our clients and environmental awareness.

Today we are one of the most solid and trustful DMC’s in Spain. As your local partner our mission is to make event management in Spain easy for you! With our core team of 35 experts we provide a 360-degree service, always on-brief, on-time, and on-budget. From our head office in Mallorca, we coordinate our ten local offices and two specialized business units – MICE & Automotive.

MICE UNIT

Our MICE unit is exclusively dedicated to the planning and supervising of meetings, incentives, congresses, team buildings, product presentations and other corporate events. The overall objective of our MICE-team in every destination is to professionally deliver high-end event experiences from the second an inquiry reaches us. For us, event management is much more than the mere handling of events or the stringing together of partial services.

We are constantly looking to exceed our clients’ expectations but above all, we aim to move people and awaken feelings through innovation, passion and the highest of quality standards. 

AUTOMOTIVE UNIT

Our Automotive Unit is specialised in car & motorbike launches, driving experiences, press and training events and we perfectly understand the very specific needs that these kinds of events require. Due to our long collaboration with many important car manufacturers like Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Audi, BMW Mini, Ford and many more, we have grown excellent and long-standing relationships with the authorities, government, and police. Those contacts are the key to success as everyone knows who has ever organised an automobile event. In addition to that our immense knowledge of scenic, secret routes and photo spots is second to none.
