Phu Quoc is part of Kien Giang Province, named by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve in 2006. Phu Quoc Island is Vietnam’s largest island, and is also in the Gulf of Thailand. The surrounding sea boasts rich marine life and virbant coral reefs.
