The 2 new-built properties are located in the same building and have 1 main entrance to welcome their guests. With this combination there is a total of 443 sleeping rooms and 10,000 sq ft of flexible meeting & events space. All modern guest rooms dispose on the following facilities in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible: coffee-and tea in room making facilities, LCD flat screens with international TV channels, pillow menu, air-conditioning, walk inn showers. The conference space is located on the same floor with adjacent a foyer area. All 10 multi-functional meeting rooms have natural day light and the ceiling height is 3.3 meter. Our largest plenary room called Rembrandt located on the ground floor offers a maximum of 220 guests in cabaret set up and 400 guests in theatre style. There are many possibilities in terms of branding, kick-off meetings and car launches. For catching up with colleagues and informal gatherings, our Open Lobby on the first floor is the perfect place to unwine and relax. In our “To Go Café” we proudly serve fresh brewed Starbucks coffee. You can dine in ‘ The Open Lobby’, our all day dining restaurant and bar where they serve a variety of international dishes. We offer free WiFI throughout the entire hotel, including bed rooms and conference area. The Amsterdam arena towers are in possession of a Healthcare venue Green Certificate.

Cancellation Policy

For group enquiries (more than 10 bed rooms) we maintain the Dutch Uniform Conditions of the Hospitality Industry (100% free of charge cancellation policy up to 3 months prior to arrival). Individual reservations (less than 10 bed rooms) can be cancelled without no charge up to 24hours on the day of arrival.

Facility Restrictions

All our room rates are including 9% VAT, excluding 7% and €3.00 per person per night city tax. We do not charge any service tax or fee.
