The Fountain Room is a stunning marquee structure that can hold up to 500 guests for a range of exceptional winter events. From daytime conferences, to drinks receptions and awards dinner, the Fountain Room is a beautiful blank canvas able to be transofrmed from day to night with the greatest of ease.
The front of the venue boasts a beautiful festoon lit fountain, and with the interior draped in white showcases the state of the art lighting facilities. The venue has been transformed from a Masquerade Venetian Ball to an Enchanted Woodland, and we encourage clients to use their imaginations – there are endless possibilities to the flexibility of this space, and we are able to help you create your vision.
There is a catering marquee attached to the venue, to guarantee the highest quality produce at all times, as well as fully fitted attended toilets, and thermostatic heating to ensure optimal room temperature.
From more intimate music performances, cocktail receptions and dinner functions of up to 350 guests, the Fountain Room is the perfect location for a marquee based event this Winter.

The venue is perfectly located between the City & West End. The venue is a short distance from London Kings Cross & Russell Square.
Seated Events
The venue is ideal for seated dinner events and gala dinners. The Fountain Room is suitable for seated events between 200 and 400 guests.
Standing Receptions
The venue is ideal for standing events from 200 to 500 guests. We offer a variety of catering options including canapes, bowl food and buffets.
Awards Dinner
The Fountain Room has played host to some of the prestigious awards ceremonies in London. The audio visual facilities available take every award ceremony up a notch.
