Our house is centrally located in the heart of St. Pauli.
The star architect Jordan Mozer from Chicago has transformed the former iron foundry into a design masterpiece. The east, which is part of the Preferred Hotel Group, uniquely combines restaurants, lounges, bars and hotels with its 172 non-smoking rooms and suites.
The east is located on Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße, a parallel street of the Reeperbahn. Excursion destinations such as the HafenCity, the harbor, the Elbe and Alster, the Landungsbrücken, the famous “Hamburger Michel”, the city center with numerous shopping opportunities (Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße), the CCH congress center, the Millerntorstadion, the Reeperbahn with Spielbudenplatz and the Operettenhaus are in just a few minutes walk or fast and easy to reach by public transport.
