The Down Town Association is a historic and private social club. Conveniently located in New York city’s buzzing financial heart, minutes from One World Trade Center and South Street Seaport. Featuring 33 modern, spacious and sophisticated guest rooms. Guests have access to a full fitness center in the guest room level while enjoying full use of the Clubhouse facilities.
The Clubhouse has three principal member dining rooms located on the 3rd floor and the Founders Suite, where dinner is served, on the fourth floor. The Down Town Association is the finest location for any type of private event. The flexibility of our unique building suits a daytime business meeting as well as an evening reception. Unlike any others in Lower Manhattan, our very private rooms offer stunning spaces for social events such as weddings, anniversary dinners, bridal showers and bar and bat mitzvahs.
