Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa, Oetker Collection is located between Nice and Cannes, overlooks majestically the typical Provençal village of Vence and the shores of the French Riviera. Set on the ruins of an ancient knight’s templar, our property offers 52 Junior Suites including 6 private villas. Two restaurants celebrated the fine cuisine of the Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois ; “Le Saint-Martin” one Michelin star restaurant offering panoramic views over the Mediterranean sea and the summer Grill “L’Oliveraie” located under the olive-trees, blends beauty with gastronomy. The Spa Saint-Martin by La Prairie offers La Prairie & Bamford treatments in a serene setting, with 5 treatment rooms including a duo cabin, beauty room, steam-room, sauna, experience shower and relaxation lounge. The Chateau’s 32- acre park offers a poetic garden with two clay tennis courts, a spectacular heated overflow swimming pool, and its 4 cabanas, a fitness area, a petanque ground and a private helicopter pad. A private Chapel is available for intimate celebrations. A panoramic terrace, a wine cellar and a tasting room in the tower of the Hotel offer a perfect setting for private wine or champagne tastings. The “Matisse room” , the “Cap d’Antibes” and “Chagall” private rooms are all well-equiped , with natural daylight for meetings and events.
