EVENT CENTRE VINKEVEEN You are looking for a special location for your event? Event Centre Vinkeveen will excel with courage and creativity. You will find this brand new Events Centre directly located next to our hotel, with a private entrance and lobby. We organise your break outside on the terrace, with catering by The Harbour Club. On the ground floor you find our ballroom of 400 m2 for up to 450 persons. Looking for a more intimate set up? Choose for one of our 9 rooms on the first floor. THE HARBOUR CLUB VINKEVEEN The Harbour Club is known for the best sushi and the dishes from the grill. Enjoy traditional dishes with a playful twist, which you wish to enjoy time after time. Cancellation Policy

Bedrooms: We require a 50% guarantee of the bedrooms, resulting in 10 bedrooms guaranteed. Remaining bedrooms are based on allocation. Any non-picked up rooms will be released 1 month prior to arrival, so 01/02/2018. For the conference, the following conditions apply: UVH – Uniform Horeca Conditions Cancellation of hotel accommodation/meetings/F&B If a reservation for only hotel accommodation is made, either with or without breakfast, for a Group then the following applies to the Cancellation of this reservation. a. In case of Cancellation more than 3 months before the time when the first Catering Service should be provided under the terms of the Catering Agreement, hereinafter called “the Commencement Date”, the Customer is not obliged to make any payment to the Hotel Establishment. b. In case of Cancellation more than 2 months before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 15% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. c. In case of Cancellation more than 1 month before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 35% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. d. In case of Cancellation more than 14 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 60% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. e. In case of Cancellation more than 7 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 85% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. f. In case of Cancellation 7 days or less before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. Our rates are including 6% VAT and excluding €0.89 city tax per night.
