The materials and furnishings we have used in creating our hotels and restaurants are truly African in origin, we have planted indigenous gardens and the products that we use in our hotel rooms, and at our spas, are crafted out of African herbs and oils. The Misty Hills Spa in the Country, overlooking the Kromdraai Valley, was conceived and designed as an African sanctuary. Guests are pampered in a serene environment that encourages relaxation and personal rejuvenation. The Carnivore restaurant, situated in the grounds of Misty Hills Country Hotel, needs little introduction. Renowned for its positioning statement – “Africa’s Greatest Eating Experience”- it is the cornerstone of the Recreation Africa Group. The Armoury Restaurant decorated with historic portraits and weaponry dating from the Anglo Boer War.
