Collins colonized modern day South Beach by fostering sustainable farming initiatives and trade with the mainland. Life House, Collins Park takes the identity of a merchant’s residence with subtle nods to colonial style design & Streamline Deco detailing to celebrate the historic site, its former inhabitants, and their pioneering spirit of folly.
