A factory over 100 years old, well hidden inside a typical Berlin backyard and only 1,5 km from the famous Friedrichstraße, you‘ll find an authentic industrial estate ambience: a mix of selfdesigned and vintage furnishings gives our four unique lofts a very special atmosphere, which has been reported many times in the media. In short: the perfect place for film and photo productions, business workshops and private events from 10 up to 199 guests! A mix of furniture and vintage, designed especially for us, gives Fabrik 23 a very special flair and makes Fabrik 23 an ideal location for film and photo productions, workshops or private events. The location is reachable with the S-Bahn (S9, S41, S42, S45, S46) via the S-Bahnhof Berlin-Wedding. Due to organisational reasons we are currently unable to accept requests for wedding and private parties.
