5 % of the total initial invoiced amount can be cancelled without any fees until 30 days prior to the start of the event. The cancellation percentages are not cumulative. Above 5 % of the total initial overall invoiced amount, the cancelled services shall be invoiced according to the following schedule: • More than 90 days: Any partial or total cancellation shall be invoiced at 35% of the contracted rate. • 90 – 61 days: Any partial cancellation or total shall be invoiced at 50% of the contracted rate. • 60 – 31 days: Any partial or total cancellation shall be invoiced at 75% of the contracted rate. • Less than 30 days: Any partial or total cancellation shall be invoiced at 100% of the contracted rate. Any cancellation made between 30 days and the check-in date shall be charged at 100%. The customer’s no-show, as well as any reduction in the length of the stay, will be invoiced on the basis of the original Length of stay. Any cancellation, even partial, must be notified in writing to the Groups and Conference department and must relate to the entire period initially reserved, and for the entire stay. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to review the contract’s terms and conditions, the rates, facilities and quantities previously allocated.
