The 5-star hotel is a house with a rich history. The Süllberg in the west of Hamburg is high above the Elbe stream and has always been a center for lively social life. During the century, the domicile was rebuilt several times. Most recently, the hotel manager and 2-star chef Karlheinz Hauser lovingly restored the luxury hotel together with his dedicated team from 1999 to 2002 and polished it into a symbol of Hamburg’s city history.
