About

The division SB HOTELS was born in 1988, when the SB GRUP, a distinguished company with large experience in the residential market, decided to face a new challenge by dedicating itself to the hotel services. Since then, SB HOTELS management is carried out by a group of professionals that work day-by-day to improve the quality of the service and to satisfy the guests’ needs.

Hotel SB Icaria Barcelona (4*) and Hotel SB Diagonal Zero Barcelona (4 * Superior) are located nearby the CCIB (Barcelona International Convention Center), very well connected to the city center and all major attractions, and less than 300 m from the beach. Our meeting facilities include spacious rooms with a capacity for up to 400 guests. Both hotels have wonderful outdoor spaces for private functions and include spa and wellness premises. All our properties offer free wi-fi connection in all rooms , common areas and internet corners.

Hotel SB BCN Events is located in Castelldefels, 15Km from Barcelona, and very close to Barcelona International Airport and the beaches of Gavà, Castelldefels and Sitges. It offers meeting spaces (with day light) for up to 300 attendees as well as big terraces and a large garden with two magnificent swimming pools.

The last opening has been Hotel SB Plaza Europa (October 2013, 4*) located next to Barcelona’s biggest Trade Fair Center, Fira Gran Via, and Gran Via 2 Shopping Mall. The hotel, with 242 rooms and different outdoor and indoor with day light spaces for any sort of functions is in the heart of a new and dynamic district, very close to the airport (10Km), the city center and other attractions such as the FCB stadium or the Montjuïc area with its museums and sport facilities.

The company, with properties in Tarragona and Tortosa as well, is currently undergoing an expansion process and new hotels will be incorporated into our portfolio shortly.
